Contouring/Routing

Precision laser routing or Contouring has many applications in both the rigid and flexible circuit industries. Laser routing is ideal for prototyping tight tolerance flexible circuits before investing in expensive punch tooling(e.g. small form-fit devices like hearing aids or ZIF connectors). Contouring is also a great way to generate precision patterned b-stage for lamination in rigid circuitry. MLT also provides rigid circuit final routing, but there are some material and tolerance limitations. Please contact our sales staff for process verification.
