You can choose from various payment methods for your laser services and product. But whichever method you choose, you can rest assured that your payment is always safe.

Credit Card
We accept MasterCard, VISA and American Express. Credit Card orders are subject to 3% convenience surcharged passed on from your credit card company. Credit card information is taken over the phone with no account informations being stored. Receipts are emailed after processing as a record of the transaction. Your payment details will be encoded and sent using a secure connection. For more information on Secure Codes, we recommend contacting your bank.

Bank Transfer
You can pay by bank transfer. This is customary for international customers. Wire transfer bank charges may be incurred and passed on to the customer. Please contact MLT customer service for more information on bank wire transfers for payment.

If an effort to streamline Micron Laser Technology’s post delivery customer support, MLT is switching to paperless billing on Feb 1st, 2014. Invoices will be electronically delivered by e-mail to our customer’s specified contact(s). Please take a moment to fill out the Paperless Billing Option questionnaire to opt-in or opt-out of paperless billing.

New customer? Desire credit terms? To aid us in setting up your account, please send us a copy of your Federal W-9, and complete our Credit Application for credit terms processing.

Please indicate your preferred shipping method, and a FedEx or UPS account number if applicable. If no preferred method is stated, Micron Laser may ship your product as a ‘pre-pay & add’ to cover the shipping charges. Micron Laser’s standard terms are net 30, upon verification of credit references.

Non-Disclosure Agreements
Customer data and proprietary information is protected. NDA agreements that protect our customers investments and MLT process and technology are welcome for any project. If your company does not have its own NDA, our Non-Disclosure Agreement – Bilateral is available for review and use.

ITAR – Import / Export Controls
As an ITAR registered company, MLT is in full compliance with all export control regulations administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce, the U.S. Department of State, and other U.S. regulatory agencies. MLT has implemented an export control policy and export compliance program to ensure that there is no illegal diversion of high technology commodities and technical data through the export or re-export of products or technology in violation of any U.S. law. A copy of our current ITAR Registration is available for review.
